If the exam vendor updates the content of an exam within 90 days of your purchase, you will receive the latest version of our study materials at no additional cost.

This ensures that your learning resources stay current and aligned with any changes to the certification structure.

2. Course Adjustment Option

If the exam you originally planned for is no longer suitable or you decide to prepare for a different certification, you may request a one-time switch to another learning package of equivalent value.

Conditions:

The new course must be an exam offered on our platform.

Each set of study materials applies only to its corresponding exam.

3. Special Support for Frequently Updated Certifications

For these certifications, you may receive:

Free updated versions when available, or A one-time switch to two different learning packages of similar value.

This allows you to maintain flexibility when preparing for dynamic and fast-changing certification tracks.

4. Multi-Course Orders

If your order contains multiple learning packages:

Any update or course change applies only to the specific exam you request to modify.

Other exam packages in the same order will remain unchanged.

5. Identity Verification for Service Requests

To protect the security of your account and purchased content, we may ask for basic order verification information before processing update or course-change requests.
